It seems that my account is locked. I am not able to withdraw the amount from EasyPay account. And there is no proper reply from their side.

Text of Complaint by Ashwini Kumar:

I am using AePS service from EasyPay. I withdraw 5100 from customer and pay him in cash. The amount transferred in my EasyPay account. since more than 15 days I am trying to transfer that amount from EasyPay account to My bank account but is giving an error message. I filed a lot of complaints on their portal. but they are not giving any proper reply. No one is picking their customer care number also.
