Text of Complaint by Rahul Gupta:

On 12 Nov 23, I had raised Ticket ID – 2557942 / MIVI Rock & Roll E5-Black(A) and on 15 Nov 23, I received email “This email is to confirm that we have received your Rock & Roll E5-Black(A) with AWB: 81446706504. Our logistics team will verify the product and move it to the next stage within 24-48hours”

On 18th Nov 23, I received a sms “Ticket ID# 2557942: Your Mivi Product is under repair. Estimated repair in 3-5 business days.”

I should have received product on 24th Nov 23, But till now I haven’t received my product.

I tried to contact with mivi multiple times but there customer care number is not working which I found from mivi website. There whatsapp no. Redirect to mivi website to raise complaint which I already did.

Every day when I check the Ticket Status, it shows
Ticket No- 2557942
Status- Forward Shipping Scheduled
Your ticket is in progress and will move to the next status in the next 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification whenever the status of the ticket is changed

When I raised the complaint that time my product was in warranty but now the warranty is over.

Please, help me.
