Hello Respected Sir/Madam,
Above mentioned subjected order was placed on 08/12/2019 and the same was tried to file as TDR on 21/12/2019 from my side (for the partial journey train 22106 Indrayani Express), as the partial journey train 12170 Intercity was cancelled. However paytm customer support provided incorrect information on this, which resulted into failure to file TDR within timeframe & also loss of my money.
Request you to please check the attachment of the misguided information provided from paytm. Furthermore not given response on raise query.
