Hi Team,
I have been constantly calling Paytm Customer service for my flight ticket concern. Two months back on 5th Dec I booked a flight from Delhi to Bangkok the departure of which was 7:20 AM,8th March.Two days back I got a mail from Jet Airways which stated that the flight is cancelled and they have moved us to the another flight which will depart on 8th March at 14:20 PM As we have already planned our trip 2 months back including our hotels, we want to pre-pone our flight. We spoke to Jet Airways and as per them they our ready to prepone our flight to 7th March at 11:25 PM. But as per them they have no control over our flight tickets as we have booked them on paytm and only paytm can change from there side. I have been constantly calling paytm since 6 PM today and they are telling me that I shall recieve a call back in two hours. Just now at 2:00 AM i called and requested again on which they told me they will call back in 2 hrs and it’s the fourth time I am calling them since 6PM .I am getting annoyed and not being provided any help. I am still waking up and waiting for a call back. The flight which will depart at 11:25 PM on 7th March has seats right now and will get full eventually. I request you to please take immediate actions and modify my flight timings from 14:20 PM which is on 8th March to 11:25PM ,7th March.
