I have revived the not working product from Amazon. They are not agree to refund money.
I have issue with the product, but there is no one who can help me to resolve my issue. Everyone is trying to get step back. Not giving me help. I had a word many times with customer support, but no one help me.
As per telephonic conversation with customer_support I am not satisfied. According to technician issue is not resolved.
Also they suggest me that I need to call once again to Amazon support. And
I have a call with Amazon Team as suggest by you. the call duration was around 2 hours 14 minutes. in the call time I had a word with 5 customer executive. Suraj, Process Head. Shabash, Taniya, and last Pradut. every one transferring my call to another one and not providing solution to me.
at the last time of the call they are saying they are not able to help me.
Also they are mention that the window of return is close for me. How can they close it without resolve my issue.
I am attaching the technician report that product is not working. Also I have many recording conversation with Amazon support.
I hope you will help me to resolve my issue.
