Text of Complaint by Mrs Vashum:

Dear cheaters ( Club Mahindra ) ,

You fraudsters train your sales executive to lie and sell you holiday club membership . Misguiding facts and utter lies !! I bought the membership on 3rd January 2019 . Within 10 days of buying the membership I had sent a hard copy of my membership withdrawal application to your Chennai and Mumbai corporate office.

I even got a call back from Chennai office the next day saying my refund will be paid in full within 90 working days . Everything went smoothly , I even got a revert to all the mails I sent over the 4 months!  The final mail sent to me by Club Mahindra on 2nd May 2019 said I would get my refund within 9 workings days. And after the refund period has lapsed Club Mahindra suddenly stop responding to my mails . I tried logging in to my account and am not able to as they wiped out all my details!

You incompetent liars should be put behind bars for luring innocent citizens into buying your crappy holiday memberships sold by your lying sales agents . And above that not refunding the hard earned money paid by us ! Is this how your so called big brand make money ? By ripping off people’s money ?

  1. I want my full refund of Rs 31840 which I paid by cash and debit card ASAP ! Please do not underestimate the power of social media . I have all the proof and I will expose you guys through news and newspapers in my state and social networks so that no one will ever buy any holiday memberships from your shitty company !
