Dear Amazon Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing regarding the non-receipt of Amazon reward points, which were assured during the Amazon sale held in May 2023.
Here are the details of my order:

• Order Date: 04-May-2023
• Product: iPhone 14
Additionally, my contact number is 8328136148.
During the aforementioned sale, Amazon had advertised a promotional offer for the iPhone 14, which included Amazon ICICI reward cash back and Amazon Pay rewards. While I did receive the ICICI cash back, I have not yet received the promised reward points worth 5000.
I have been in contact with your support team since June and July, during which they informed me that there were challenges being faced, and the rewards would be added in the next billing cycle. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
Recently, when I contacted your support team again, I was informed that there was no such sale in May, which contradicts the promotional materials and offers that were clearly advertised during that period. To substantiate my claim, I have attached a screenshot of the sale image highlighting the promotional offer in question.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive the Amazon reward points as initially promised.
