Text of Complaint by Hafija Banu:

I’m Nutritionist working in a private company dealing with Diabetes Patient. My official no was from jio network which I have using for last few years, on may 23rd 2022 the chip in my sim card crashed and not able use further, So i visited my nearby Jio care for the help . But they said that the number was registered in my mother name and so cannot able to reissue it immediately. and they asked some proofs like legal heir, Aadhar, death certificate of my mom. we submitted all the proofs that they asked for , then they mentioned that the address were different so give something the same address. I don’t know how could the daughter address be the same after getting married. but I still managed to give the proof of my ration card in which the address are same. and it been already 1 month of time nd still they are not updating me the status of my sim issue. the problem here is since am dealing with diabetic patients , my patients call me at anytime when they go hypoglycemia. and i has to answer it. since I have 100 of patient in hand i cannot give my another number to everyone. i really need it in urgent basis. and i have contacted the main branch, customer care but no one is responding. please do take some action.
