i have been using my landline 04214323747 since 2004, the voice line is not clear, i have made complain at customer care 6/5/22 with the ticket id 10036182514, 9/5/22 ticket id 10037211758. 19/5/22 , with the ticket id 10040475358, all three calls are closed without attending, called all service person in Tirupur with the mobile number 9311694467(Kannan), his senior with the mobile number 9944630101, both are not picking up the call , fed up of calling the customer care, very poor service. i don’t know what to do, kindly help,
