Hi

I want to draw your attention towards the customer misleading by the vodafone staff.

I visited the office a few months back and asked for the port of the sim from outstation (trivandrum to Delhi-NCR). She(attendant) gave me another sim and told me that its barely possible and your sim is not working. i trusted her and gave my current sim.

 

Later when i had a call with the customer care, they told me that your sim was working fine and its not deactivated as per told to me by the attendant.

She told me that the SIM can only be used if used postpaid but i wanted the prepaid only.

without even using the same number, i am getting the bill. paying the bill isn’t the issue but why should i pay for something i have never used. Please help me in some way and resolve the issue asap so that i can proceed with my routine work. My sim is suspended to which i am unable to contact someone.
