I have purchased a Peter England Shirt on 3rd March 2021. Due to the Size fit issue I have made a return request and my Return Order has been picked up by the courier person. After 5 hours of the pickup, I got the message that your return is cancelled as the courier person couldn’t take your product. Actually, I have returned my product to the Courier partner (Shadowfax Delivery) which you have assigned for return pick-up. I have contacted your Customer support team but they told that you have not returned and Courier partner didn’t pick your product. And they are asking for the pickup completion receipt, but I didn’t get the pickup completed message instead I got the message as the Return request is Cancelled. Then I have continuously asked the Customer Care Agent and again I got a call from the supervisor and she conveyed that Your Product would have been missed by the Courier partner, so we cannot provide the refund. If the courier partner has missed that product means how the customer is responsible for that. And if my return request got declined means you should have returned the product to me, but you have not returned that product or money to me. And I’m not sure that how 2 products would aloan returned by the courier partner successfully whereas how the other one product aloan would have missed. Can you please provide me a better solution. And your Supervisor and Customer support agents are putting the complete blame on me only, they are not accepting that the problem is on their Courier side for missing the product. And how can I leave the money for the product which i didn’t get. I’m completely helpless from Myntra Service Side. Requesting your support to resolve this issue.
