Mera no 9582160421 hai maine vodafone app se 17.05.2019 ko 159.00 ka recharge kiya es me mujhe 28 days unlimited calling and 1GB data par day ke hisab se milane wala tha lekin mejhe 18.05.19 ko data nahi mila es ke liye mane customer care se baat ki tho wo bol rahe hai ki 159.00 ka koi recharge hai hi nahi.
jab 159.00 ka recharge nahi hai tho app ke vodafone ke app par show kyu ho raha hai. jab app ke customer care se refund ke liye bola tho un ka kehna tha ki app ko 18% GST kaat ke app ke main balance account me refund kar diya jaye. ye koi baat hoti hai kya galti app logo ki hai or paise humare kyu kate jaa rahe hai.
App se request hai ki muje refund na kar ke muje 1 month ka plan diya jaye.
