Text of Complaint by Ogunsanya Fausat:

Good morning sir/ma, On Monday 6th of July, 2020, I used Airtel app to buy a data bundle of 1Gb at the rate of #500 from my bank acount.

My Airtel number is 09073713…. .Unfortunately,I was told the transaction failed I which in which I retried but to my utmost suprised I was debited from my bank account TWICE and was credited with just a bundle of 1Gb.

I have been calling customer care for the solution but they are yet to provide one since 9th of this July till this very present. Please I need reverse of #500 back to my account.

My transaction ID has been attached to this mail but my Transaction reference are: FLW269860661 and FLW269860354. THANKS!!!
