Text of Complaint by Nishanthi:

Since my bsnl network has poor network connectivity, i have changed network from bsnl to vodafone, after 7 days of mnp request i got message from vodafone, and i have done recharge for 178, after recharging am unable to make outgoing calls and messages, i have contacted cust care more than 15 times, No one provide solution and atlast one employee disconnected my call, and am unable to cust care again, The solution is circle change , which is provided my retailer…, very bad experience of contacting cust care
