Text of Complaint by Suman Meena:

I placed an order for peach colored Kirti from the brand The House of Pataudi priced at rupees 2429. It was a COD order. The executive who came to deliver the order quoted the wrong price to the person whom he delivered the order, he was paid 2500 instead of 2429 and  been after the delivery of the product he didn’t update the status of the product So when i wanted to return the product I couldn’t raise a return request. I have been confirmedcalling customer care for months and wrote many mails but I haven’t been given the solution because I received the product on 1st march itself. I would like to get the refund of extra money that he charged by lying. It’s unacceptable even if the amount is small. He shouldn’t mislead the customers. Kindly look into the matter and enquire about it but most importantly I want the return request of the product to be raised I have sent the details of the product including images already at care jabong but the transparent package which have the bar code is misplaced since I didn’t know it’s also needed as this is first instance if this kind that the even after delivery the status is showing undelivered and I thought I just need the product with tags intact since they never ask for transparent polythene during return requests. I hope I have made myself clear. This is clear case of harassment of the customer. I am fed up of making calls and writing mails. Kindly resolve this issue.
