I have given a request for cancellation of my RAC ticket before 36 min of schedule departure of Train 12715. My PNR no.is 4802289697.
For this IRCTC replied me after 20 min in email – “TDR Filed beyond prescribe time limit. i.e. 30 Minute before schedule departure time. ”
Here its a complete fault of IRCTC , but its customer care is not responding , for this i did them several emails, tweets and calls too. No body is replying on it.
So i request you to please help me in this to refund my money from IRCTC. For your information i am attaching here all email conversation.
