hi,
on 2nd April I was booking a ticket though IRCTC app. that time my PayTM balance was Rs 1500.
total ticket cost came as 1552.28 including transaction charge. so I linked remaining amount with my Credit card. but it failed. I received message that transaction failed and I will received amount soon.
After two days I received my Rs 52.28 from credit card. But till date I have not received my Rs 1500 in PayTM wallet. I called at customer care but in vain. I also logged complain at your app but response was (as attachment) bewildering. It says transaction was successful though I have received message about its failure.
Can you please do something urgently to restore my faith in your org.
