I have traveled from salem to chennai yesterday in E1 coach of Shatabdi train (train no 12244) . They have served hot water for instance tea/coffee purpose , but it’s fully lot of dusty substance deposited after sometime …. we have paid more ,but servant informed that, water is used from same train separate pipeline …I don’t know whether it’s toilet water or poor maintenance of tank water ….totally disappointing the service of IRCTC
