sir,
i have added added 4000rs on irctc account on 01nov 2018, after that it shows that your profile is not updated please update your profile. i have tried alomost 50 time with different mobile no and email id , every time i got the otp after entering the valid otp it shows unable to process your request. i have talked and mailed many times but they cannot help me. i am unable to use my 4000rs please do some needful.
