Text of Complaint by PRIYANSHU ANAND:

I PRIYANSHU ANAND BOOKED TICKET IN SUVIDHA EXPRESS FROM PATNA TO CSTM. TRAIN HAS BEEN PARTIALLY CANCELLED FROM CHEOKI JUNCTION AND RETURN BACK FROM CHEOKI TO PATNA. ON SAME DAY AT CHEOKI JUNCTION AFTER ENQUIRY THEY TOLD US ONLINE TICKET WILL CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY AND REFUND WILL BE CREDITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT. AFTER THAT I WAS ASSURED. AFTER 15 DAYS I HAVE SEEN REFUND HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED THEN I CALLED IN IRCTC THEN THEY YOU HAVE TO FILE TDR WITHIN 72 HRS. FOR THIS I HAVE TOLD YOU SHOULD HAVE SEND ME MESSAGE AUR EMAIL FOR THIS WHICH HAVE BEEN NOT DONE BY IRCTC. HOW CAN I DO? PLEASE HELP ME TO GET REFUND BACK MY AMOUNT.
