I have booked train ticket on Nov 13 from tirupathi to Mysore and I have cancelled still now there is no refund..so please take a effective action

I have booked a ticket at PRS counter through my Debit card. But later unfortunately had to cancel this ticket for an unavoidable circumstances on the 15th April 2018. But till today I have not received my refund back. Please note that it was an electronic refund.
