On date 17.02.2018 i was trying to book a ticket from Delhi to hardware through irctc (user id- gunapintu) but during booking Rs 1851.80 deducted from my SBI a/c 30147808360 and ticket could not booked. For return back my deducted money from irctc I am trying to call irctc customer service but maximum time line is busy so, I am send a mail to irctc on 26.02.18 .
From irctc they are not respond my mail . So kindly take necessary action for getting back my deducted money from my SBI account 30147808360.
