I booked 6 ticket from Allahabad to koprgaon but transaction failed because 2 lower Seat not available. my amount is not refunded by irctc till now. If two seat not available then why irctc cut my amount and now they reply that wait for 7 day .I complaint this issue but no reply by customer care and by email.
