I ordered iqoo 7z phone from its official website but due to delay in shipment I cancelled the order and I got confirmation regarding that too but according to the policy the company will return the money in 3 to 7 days and it’s been 15 days there is no response and even if I place a call to consumer care the representatives are doing nothing regarding that. It’s a polite request to refund the money.
