I booked a ride from raipur railway station to Raman mandir near fafadih chowk and I was waiting there at station for my captain his name is mr rao to arrive at my location then I saw that my captain was not taking any movement so tried to call him but he was not answering my call then thought he will be arriving at me quickly so I waited for half an hour but still no calls and no movement at that time I struggle from my leg injury at night 3AM so I request you to take quick action on rapido who were not taking good and not attention to customer and not trained driver were appointed the only thing I want to avoid . And to take some action against the app rapido
