I have applied for Latent View Analytics IPO through groww app (application number: GROWW6147622) using payment through paytm on 10/11/2021 (UPI ID: 9865236836@paytm). Transaction was done successfully by paytm. I was NOT allotted share through IPO, which was shown in groww app. So I called IPO registrar, Latent View Analytics IPO Registrar, Link Intime India Private Ltd (Phone: +91-22-4918 6270, Email:latentview.ipo@linkintime.co.in
Website: https://linkintime.co.in) on 7/1/2022. They informed me that the hold on the money has been removed, the bank should return the money back to me. But paytm has not returned my money Rs. 29994. Repeated calls to paytm customer service is not answered. Kindly help.
