Text of Complaint by Shilpi Sapra:

I have purchased an iPhone in Jan 2017, the phone got damaged, hence the insurance which I have availed from Vodafone red shied approached them. Since, last 15-20 days I am following up with them but they just keep on saying again and again that documents are incomplete. The latest email I had sent them last weel, unfortunately they say to get the receipt of the payment which we have received in 2017. The receipt which they are talking about is not visible which is very obvious, but we have already given them the invoice which Croma issued as per our request. This is my claim no. 1991086878. I humbly request you to help me getting this sorted from Vodafone- Mobile Shield. There email id is [email protected]
