A little background…
I had visited China a few months back for which I took a international package from vodafone. However, even after coming back to India, I am being charged “internal roaming charges” every month for the service that I am not availiing. The intl roaming charges were waived off for my bill dated 24/8/2018. However, the have again imposed the internal roaming charges on my bill dated 24/9/2018. To my surprise, these people tell me that you have to get the intl roaming charges deactivated by calling customer care, which is nowhere mentioned in their site. This is a plain simple way of extorting money from customers.
For the bill dated 24/9/2018, vodafone is refusing to waive of the intl roaming charges even after getting it deactivated last month. This is nothing but harassment.
