Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar Gupta:

My name is Anil kumar Gupta, I’m a customer of Vodafone postpaid plan and I am having billing issue from March 2020. There is an invalid VAS charge reflecting in my account and when I go to MyVodafone App it shows nothing, no VAS is activated in my account.

From 23 march I’m trying to rectify it by calling or E-mailing Vodafone customer support team. In April 1st week I got in touch with Vodafone advisors over the call. I was told that the charges are invalid and will be waived off not only by one but many of vodafone advisors and I only need to pay my regular bill amount.

I’m paying all my valid bill amount every month but now my services are blocked and in this lockdown situation I’m unable to get in touch with my friends and family.

I’m 57 years old and now Vodafone advisors wants me to visit Vodafone store which is 10-11 KM away from my home in this pandemic.

One of Vodafone advisor named “Kuldeep Kumar” said that he can not connect my call to the supervisor as there is no supervisor available and will not send me the feedback form also he was so confused that firstly he said I would have resolved this issue within 60 days (today its 59th day) then he changed it to 30 days on the same call, he just wants me to disconnect the call and said he will not help.

I am very disappointed with company like Vodafone are dealing with their customer in such bad and rude way. I’m attaching a screenshot of the promise which Vodafone made to waive off a part of amount. Kindly have a look at itPlease look into this.
