I have migrated from airtel postpaid to prepaid on march 22nd 2019
Paid 190 as outstanding at airtel store on 22nd march, at night of 22nd it migrated to prepaid.
On 25th i have received bill of around 47,after calling customer care they told it is for the remaining time that i used postpaid connection till the night and prorata basis bill. Then i have made the payment online on 26th march and got the confirmation of nill outstanding is in the mail
Now in the month of april, 24th april, i got an sms stating 16 rs outstanding for the same postpaid connection. After contacting customer care, they are not clearing anything but just saying you have to pay..
Kindly take an action on this kind of harassment.
