I have already registered a complaint to the customer care on 24th Nov’18 about the network issues in a particular area and they mentioned that it will be resolved within 5 days. Its been 1 week now and still the issue exists and tried reaching the customer care several times but they are not responding. It is becoming difficult everyday to use the internet, the speed of the internet is very slow.If this is the service provided by Vodafone then i think i will have to change the network itself. Kindly look into this matter immediately.
