They have been debited my money from APRIL 2022 until January 2024 but no service delivery

This as well happend to me
I HAD RECEIVED SUCH SERVICE AS THEY DEDUCT ON MY ACCOUNT FROM LAST YEAR JUNE BUT M NOT USING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT.
This is what’s happening to me also
Mytechzone robbed me too
I got no fone
But them deduct money from my bankacc
They did the same to me i called them today and said they will cancel it n send me a sms,even now am still waiting for that sms
