I have switched frok local broadband service to the airtel xtreme fiber broadband services as they promised to provide good quality internet.
But they provide a poor quality services, ever other day there is an outrage, which can be upto 7-8 hours.
As my work is dependent on internet services, i have addressed my grievances many time to the company for which they reassure that it won’t happen again, but no permanent solution from their side.
I’m dealing with the loss because of them.
I need a solution and with a compensation to the loss
