Your excitel fiber isn’t work since 7 days I complained 3-4 times with your customer care team (ticket no-68178380) but they’re not responding and denied my complaint.I have a lots of work on my system that’s completely dependent on your fiber if its not working properly then you guys should be a responsible for our customer service.I also getting heavy losses of my studies. In next month exams are going to held what should I do. I just want to resolve my issue with your broadband connection as soon as possible. Or you don’t able to resolve please refund my money.
