I must say that Internet network is very poor in my area. I had a plan of 3gb for 82 days but unfortunately due to poor speed i am not able to use even 1gb of internet. I have been facing this problem since last month.
I tried calling customer care but they just give some vague answers everytime. If they can not provide the internet service they must not give such offers and make fool of the customers.
Not only me all my family members have the same issue. I again request if you can help please do it. Or else we all have to change our networks to other service providers.
