Hello Everyone,

Being the Unhappy Customer.

I am writing this 3rd time in 2weeks to Vodafone regarding the same issue of internet connection. In the first I was thinking Vodafone must be better than jio, so I recharged my Vodafone sim on 3rd of December with (399Inr for 70days unlimited 4G/3G internet & Unlimited calls local & roaming free & 100sms per day), and I am facing issue the internet connection is bad & get tripted every now n then.

1st email I send You on 5th Dec from Vodafone app but there was no follow up.
2nd email I sent you on 8th Dec from the same along with internet speed screenshot and again no response.
N Today I am sending you again… along with 1 video clip showing how the internet connection is triped again and again. Only my home location is getting this issue, the location that I gave as an Address Proof, why so? Home location get worst network

Now If I don’t get my issue resolved then I will Escalate this Issue to Social media, I will share the screen shot along with video clip.
This is how your service is ? Coz much of your advertisement shows Vodafone is best network then why customer don’t get complete service?
Kindly stop giving false commitment to the customer. And for your kind information customer are not Fools.
I will not recharge my Vodafone in future
As jio gives me atlest better service than yours!!!
This is not to promote jio but the experience says that jio is better.

Kindly resolve the issue of internet connection ASAP.
