It’s been more than a year I am using Airtel connection, but I never gets satisfied with the internet service. I am paying 500 approx every month but Airtel net speed on an average 1 – 2 kbps.
I have called many times to customer care but never got any satisfactory experience. Even I was so frustrated that I have stopped month’s payment.
I really need justice because I feel looted as I am paying the same amount every month but not getting atleast satisfactory service.
Please help.
