I am Ashish Kumar resident of h/no-130B, gadihatta Bazar, near gaushala road chanpatia-845449. Today i visited you athorised shop at chanpatia bazzar to convert my 2G sim to 4G but he is asked me to give 100 rupees for this, when i questions him he rudely reply me that come after 1 month. i was shocked by his brusque behaviour towards the customer.
I request Airtel to take strong action against this incident, i am ready to help u at every step & if you need more details then please contact me i promise you that i will give correct information when you will asking me regarding this complaints. But you have to take strong action against this complaint.
