I had requested for Exictel broadband internet, local technician came & installed the network setup. Internet will work post activation of the id( with in 1hour) & took the money including installation fee ( which is free of cost) as mentioned in portal. but after 5 business days, my internet is still inactive, I called 48 times for the local technician, there is no response from him.
Raised a complaint in excitel portal, no response, ticket is automatically closed.
please refund my money back.
