I have been writing to jio chat and contacting jio customer care for 5 time now. They have been repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again and not resolving my issue. I have missed my semester examination due to the poor internet facility which would definately affect my curriculum. Do the telecom service take the responsibility to mail the university that because of the poor internet facility in the particular student area the student was not able to appear for exam. I have done my recharge for one year plan for and if the telecom service is not able to provide me services at their best they must refund the amount. For the kind information i an complaining it from a 2g bsnl network because jio is incompetent to open google also.
