Facing internet connection outage 16-09-2023 7:30pm and max resolution time was given as 24 hrs and still the issue not resolved even after 24hrs and still requesting for another 24hrs. I had to loose my WFH today and not sure whether I can work tomorrow that is 18-09-2033.
