Below mentioned bank has updated one LOAN which I have never taken under my CIBIL Profile, Because of this my CIBIL Score is continuously crashing, I have requested several times to Bank to remove this LOAN account from my CIBIL Profile or close this LOAN as I have never taken it but BANK is not helping me.
Bank is saying that your Aadhar was verified during the LOAN onboarding. The fault of the bank here is that BANK has given Mobile wallet LOAN to someone without proper verification of Mobile no , Address and other documents before LOAN disbursement and updated this LOAN under my CIBIL.
Kindly assist me to resolve this issue or how this loan can be removed from my CIBIL.
The mobile number on which bank application was registered and loan was given does not belong to me. Bank shared with me that mobile no.
Kindly assist me to remove this loan from my cibil, I will be your highly thanks.
I have already file complain with cyber team.
