These Vodafone is cheating the customers for international roaming since 5 days I M struggling with the customer care service the cheap service I should say . We had moved to dubai all my banking & e commerce had been stopped because of such service .
I had paid 5000 Rs for international roaming and these cheater company when bill will generate you can raise complain for refund . Is this ethical .
Everything is stopped no phone call no msgs no Otp how can one work on interanational .
Pathetic service and a cheater company it is . Please try to understand the customer issue is it so difficult for a network to start . If you don’t have the newtwork service in UAE why are you taking money fake for international roaming and this is not a small amount it’s a big amount .
I need a proper solution for this ASAP .
Airtel prepaid international packs do not work as soon as you land in usa
This has happened to me twice. April 2022 only sms was working. And in coming calls . So I managed to contact the person receiving me at the airport.
November 2022 nothing worked . I had to request a fellow passenger and make calls to coordinate with the person receiving me at the airport. The service started 2 days later.
What is the use of wasting money when the most important calls cannot be made.
