Dear Sir, I am a preferred Customer of Vodafone having number : 9830345459 , Relationship no:164709894 rental plan for 399/- .
when i was travelling to California i have communicated with Executive of Vodafone for taking Free International Roaming charges One Time Rs.2500/- for 7 days , executive told there will be no other charges levied on your number and you will easily roam foreign country without any hassle.
but Bill Generated where international Roaming charged Rs.16225/- which is cheating and misguiding with Customer .
I have already coordinated with Vodafone executive that lady not able to provide any clarity for why they have charged excess amount in my bill and not giving any assurance to waive off the amount.
please look into this and need justice for fradulent done by vodafone to me.
