Text of Complaint by Baidyanath Ray:

On 25th November,2024, I placed order for two plants at nurserylive, on line, of (1) mogra Arabian jasmine, cost- Rs. 299/ and (2) Barbados cherry plant, cost Rs. 499/ and delivery charge Rs.79/- . After observing the delay I request them to refund my money, as you have not shifted yet. On 3 rd December, 2024, I received a mail stating “ your order will come from below shipment, tracking no. D06187565 through DTDC courier. On 6 th December,2024 I received a damaged plant and a plant booster cost of Rs. 20/. There was no trace of the other plant, cherry tree. Immediately I informed them wit the photo of plant and package and informing the status of the other plant, cherry tree. Still I have received any response from them. I am afraid that they intentionally make delay and role the money in stock market. They harass the people from outstation I.e not from Pune, Maharashtra, as it is a Pune based company. What the govt. is doing? Why they allow hat type of cheating.
