Booking date – 13th June 2021
I have paid additional amount for insurance with the tickets booked for 3 passengers approx 857/- INR,
However MMT did not even issued the insurance certificate as it wasn’t booked. Now my flight got cancelled by the carrier and I asked for the soft copy of the certificate from MMT and they are saying that it wasn’t even registered with the insurance company. So these people are just taking money in name of insurance and not the customers are not getting insured.
