Sir I recently paid for a new sim card because it says it got crashed. I gave my aardar card and changed my sim card and now, it’s not even a month passed. Now again the same problem started my number is not working when go to airtel and asked they are saying the same that i have change my sim card. The customer care number is saying the recorded message no assistance for my complaint. Another compliant is i recharged my airtel number on July 6th 2021, 28 days was not completed but it’s saying i need to recharge my account.
Another complaint is that one month recharge means 28 days for this mobile networking companies. Not 30 or 31 days this was an open cheating against all indians who were using them.
Due to this my blood pressure grows high and it’s also giving me mental disturbance. I was gone sick due to this. Please take action regarding this. Like me crores of people in india was suffering, Court has to punish this type of cheatings companies and make all indian happy.
Requesting our Honourable Court take severe action against it. Thank you so much for your severe action.
