I ordered 2 pizzas from EATaliano – the gourmet pizza from Zomato on 12th June. 3:11 p.m. I ordered 1 12 inch pizza, 1 8 inch pizza and 1 750 ml coke. Firstly I ordered a normal crust 12 inch pizza and a thin crust 8 inch pizza but it turns out that I got both of them as thin crust. Secondly and the most important part (might be scam), I got a 10 inch pizza instead of a 12 inch pizza and a 6 inch pizza instead of a 8 inch pizza. These sizes are WAYYYY cheaper and is definitely not worth 800 bucks. When contacted tomato about this, no one was ready to chat and instead offered me a Rs.150 coupon. I will not order from zomato ever and am cancelling my zomato gold right away. My order number is – 4948598725. I am looking for a FULL refund.
