- This is about my recent experience with #Flipkart.
I had purchased one furniture from #Flipkart which comes with free installation. The product got delivered to me on 24 th January, 2020 and the installation was due on 27 th January.
However, the product is not installed till date nor did I hear any updates on this even after raising multiple escalations.The worst part is that the ticket for the installation of this is not yet raised with the service partner #Jeeves even after multiple escalations.
Now I am unable to get this product installed from someone else in market nor they themselves doing it nor are they taking the product back. I really feel cheated and trapped.
Being a regular customer of #Flipkart, I am really pissed off with the kind of irresponsible behaviour that they have been displaying over this issue.
My humble request to th consumer complaint forum to help resolve this issue.
