I had placed order for clothes in this instagram page and online transaction of 2,300 is made through rupay but till now no confirmation email has been sent or no refund is made. I feel it is merely fraud since no contact details or customer service number is given .I need refund of the money paid or the product that I have placed order . Transaction ID:20956157280435
